About our speakers
Rob Swift is an accomplished product designer who has built products for a variety of companies including MoneySuperMarket, Capital One, and Well Pharmacy. He specialises in turning ideas into fully developed products through person driven design.
His talk will address how pharmacy is catching up to other industries that have already made the jump to online. He will talk about the operations at Well Pharmacy including their digital platform, and some of the challenges they have faced in getting to where they are today.
Jamie Gunson is a designer / developer, currently working at Birdie to reinvent care so that older generations can age safely in their own homes.
His talk will explore how Birdie recently undertook a redesign of their application, with the goal of reducing complexity without compromising the amount of data captured. He will tell you how they achieved that, and hopefully, give you some ideas for how you could apply what they learnt to your own products.
Eszter Balogh is a London based Product Designer currently working on Babylon Health’s clinician-facing products with a focus on opportunities for AI integration. She is a novice in the area of healthcare and very excited to share the lessons she learned on her journey so far.
Her talk will explore how Babylon are looking to offload tasks from doctors with the help of AI, so they can build better rapport with the patient and provide better care.
