Ever wondered how to create a chatbot or virtual agent? Have you designed content for one, maybe, but never built your own? Join me for a two-hour, hands-on lab-based workshop in which I’ll take you through, step-by-step, creating a simple chatbot for a fictitious chain of retail stores. By the end of the workshop you will have created a chatbot that can be tested and used online via IBM Watson tools. Attendees will be able to continue after the workshop with deployment and integration with external tools like Slack, if they want to. While the workshop will focus on the hands-on doing aspect of “building” a chatbot, we will touch on some of the basics around conversation design and chatbot design and strategy.
