Virtual meetup: Mobile tech in response to COVID-19 (Part 2)

Join us live on Thursday 7th May with Amir Ansari, Director of User Experience at Transpire.

Transpire is a Melbourne based technology consultancy who designed and developed the DreamLab app for the Vodafone Foundation.

Dreamlab is a multi-award winning app that enables your smartphone to contribute to scientific research by performing networked, cloud-based calculations while you sleep.

Through the latent collective power of our mobile phones, it is possible to help fast track both COVID-19 and cancer research undertaken by Imperial College London.

Amir will be joining us live from Australia to explain how DreamLab was created, how the technology works, and the challenges they have faced in creating an engaging UX for an app that is designed to work while you are asleep.

You can learn more about DreamLab and download the app at https://www.vodafone.co.uk/mobile/dreamlab

We will be running virtual breakout sessions after the talk, so you can network and chat with other attendees in groups of up to 5. Please also sign up for this ticket option if you would like to take part.
