Over the last three years at IBM Molly has built a team of UX researchers and designers dedicated to collaborating with the company’s global audience of Business Partners. The team’s mission is to advance research and design practices by co-creating experiences that delight and drive productivity. She currently leads the design direction of a portfolio of 10 applications, supporting 70,000+ business partners. Before joining IBM, Molly was a Senior Designer at Ingenuity Design, a boutique agency located in Connecticut, USA, serving Silicon Valley tech companies like eBay and PayPal.
