Creating a user centric culture

About

Lucy has been working in the field of User Research for a little over 2 years, joining IBM’s Partner Ecosystem as their first UX Researcher in April 2019. Educating the wider team on the principles and value of engaging with users has been an instrumental part of her role and the team’s success in co-creating digital experiences with business partners. Prior to joining IBM, Lucy began her digital career at Marks & Spencer, where she was an associate Product Owner for Search & Navigation, until finding her passion in design research.
