CEO at Bunnyfoot Ltd
Jon is the CEO of Bunnyfoot Ltd. a specialist UX, service design and customer research consultancy which he founded 20 years ago after escaping academia.
Jon holds a DPhil. in Visual and Computational Neuroscience from Oxford University and runs the Service Innovation and Service Design practices at Bunnyfoot. Although still in his mid 40s he has enjoyed several midlife crises already sailing around the world in 2014, dying on his ass as a failed stand up comedian, and is currently running in ultra mountain marathons.
Bunnyfoot was founded in 1999 as a usability and accessibility consultancy, and evolved into a user centred design agency and now a service design, innovation and strategic research consultancy. The premise always was, and still is, to apply the brainy bits from science and psychology to design for business effectiveness. Clients include easyJet, EDF, BSkyB, vodafone, NFU mutual, BBC, Oxfam, BT, HSBC, British Library and many more… www.bunnyfoot.com
Human(e) design principles: Grow your own, use forever…
14.00 – 15.30
In this workshop, Jon will guide you through a review of many human design principles that can be applied across all of your projects and remain relevant regardless of the ‘next big thing’.
By attending this you will be able to evaluate and produce designs so that they work, engage and even delight.
The trick is that because they will be based on human needs, which essentially don’t change, you will be able to use them across all of your work no matter what the domain or technology… effective, efficient and satisfying or what!
